ชื่องานวิจัย : การศึกษาทัศนคติของนักศึกษาที่มีต่ออาจารย์ใหม่ คณะครุศาสตร์มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏลำปาง ประเภทวิจัย : วิจัยองค์ความรู้ ปีงบประมาณ : 2554 ประเภททุน : ทุนภายใน แหล่งทุน : มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏลำปาง งบประมาณ : 15,000.00 บาท เลขที่สัญญาทุน : - สถานะ : ส่งเล่มสมบูรณ์ หัวหน้าวิจัย : นภาลัย ขัติยะ สังกัด : สาขาวิชาภาษาไทย ข้อมูลติดต่อ :      ผู้ร่วมวิจัย : บทคัดย่อ : การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาทัศนคติของนักศึกษาที่มีต่ออาจารย์ใหม่ในคณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฎลำปาง เพื่อนำผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาบุคลากรเข้ามาปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพครบทุกด้าน ทั้งด้านการสอน ด้านวิชาการ ด้านคุณธรรม ด้านสังคม และด้านการปฏิบัติงาน ให้สอดคล้องกับโครงสร้างครูดีของสังคม กลุ่มประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาประกอบด้วยนักศึกษาภาคปกติระดับปริญญาตรี ชั้นปีที่ 1-3 จาก 5คณะได้แก่ คณะมนุษยศาสตร์ คณะครุศาสตร์ คณะวิทยาการจัดการ คณะเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม และคณะวิทยาศาสตร์ จำนวน 250 คน โดยการเก็บข้อมูลใช้แบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นโดยการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูป จากผลการวิจัยพบว่า นักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่มีทัศนคติในเชิงบวกต่ออาจารย์ใหม่ โดยมีความพึงพอใจระดับมากในทุกด้าน นักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่มีความคิดเห็นว่า อาจารย์ใหม่ในคณะครุศาสตร์มีการปฏิบัติงานที่ดี และเอาใจใส่ต่อนักศึกษา ให้คำปรึกษาแก่นักศึกษาได้เสมอ เป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีรวมถึงมีความเสมอต้นเสมอปลายต่อนักศึกษา The objectives of this study are to explore the attitude of undergraduate students toward new lectures in the faculty of education at Lampang Rajabhat University. This results of this study will provide a guideline for developing a work of the lecturers in order to gain the effectiveness in all aspects; teaching, academic, morality, social, and responsibility. The subjects in this research were chosen by sample random sampling techniques. They were divided onto group: 250 undergraduate students from 5 faculties; Faculty of Humanity and Social science, Faculty of Education, Faculty of Management, Faculty of Industrial Technology, and Faculty of Science. The data was obtained from a set of questionnaires. The date was analyzed by using the Statistics Package of Social Sciences program. The results of the study showed that: almost undergraduate students have a positive attitude toward new lecturers in the faculty of education in all aspects. Moreover, respondents have an opinion those new lecturers had a responsibility, pay attention to students and show a good example. หมายเหตุ :
